PGL hosting $100,000 PUBG invitational in March

16 teams, four days, one chicken dinner.

PGL, best known for the Dota 2 and CS:GO Major tournaments, will be hosting a PUBG invitational this March in Bucharest for a prize pool of $100,000.

On March 22-25, 16 teams will play for points in the four-day battle royale with the winner taking the lion's share of that 100k chicken dinner.

Out of the 16 teams, 11 have already been decided with the remaining teams placing out of online qualifiers in Europe, North and South America.

PGL have made a name for slick production in their other esports ventures, so we're excited to see how they tackle the insane task of keeping up with all that action.

They'll be teamed up with Imba TV for the broadcast, and HyperX as headline sponsors, so let the battle commence!
