If you're someone who’s anticipating all the awesome indie games that are due out in 2017, then this release calendar is just the thing you're looking for. This list may appear short but that’s because, unlike AAA games, many indie developers follow a more lenient development format that allows them to spend more time creating their game. This often leads to indie games releasing when the developers feel that it’s good and ready, and many times, indie devs will announce a release date just a few months to a month before launch.
It’s because of this that we’ve decided to only include games that have been given an exact launch date. There are many great games that are to be announced that you won’t find on this list but we can assure you that we'll be updating this list periodically to ensure that it’s current.
