Huge Enter the Gungeon Patch Adds Tons of New Content

Hundreds of new rooms, dozens of new guns, and a brand new boss to slay.

Devolver Digital and Dodge Roll aren't screwing around with the latest patch for Enter the Gungeon, which introduces masses of free new content to the game. The Supply Drop update is available for PC players right now, and will be released for PS4 users sometime next week.

In the free Supply Drop update, players can look forward to a swarm of new content including the following:

  • 200 new rooms
  • 33 new guns
  • 7 new enemy types
  • 3 new achievements
  • A new third-floor boss, The Mind Flayer
  • More costumes
  • New NPCs
  • The ability to save and quit at the end of each floor

In addition to enough new content to keep Gungeon fans busy for hours on end, the Supply Drop patch also introduced several bug fixes into the mix which will help keep things running smooth.

To review all of the improvements, balance changes, and bug fixes, be sure to check out the official patch notes over on Steam.

If the Supply Drop update isn’t enough to satiate your needs, developer Dodge Roll assured players that more content is on the way in the form of a “full-blown expansion” for Enter The Gungeon set to release sometime between late 2017 and early 2018.

Enter The Gungeon is currently available for purchase on Steam and the PlayStation Store.
