Snake Pass: All Gatekeeper Coin Locations in Courtyard Clamber

In Snake Pass, one of the hardest collectibles to find are known as “Gatekeeper Coins.” These Gatekeeper Coins are hidden away in various spots in each and every Snake Pass map. The process of finding and collecting all five Gatekeeper Coins in the second level of Snake Pass, “Courtyard Clamber” can be quite a challenge if you don’t know where to look. 

To help, we’ve put together a quick guide on where you can find all five Gatekeeper Coins in the Courtyard Clamber level of Snake Pass!

Gatekeeper Coin #1

The first Gatekeeper Coin in the Courtyard Clamber level of Snake Pass is located at the highest point in the map. To find the Gatekeeper Coin, slither up a series of bamboo poles until you reach the top of a long, square archway. Below the archway, you’ll see a checkpoint on the ground. After collecting the first Gatekeeper Coin, gently lower yourself down and onto the checkpoint to save your progress.

The second Gatekeeper Coin in the Courtyard Clamber level of Snake Pass is located straight past where the yellow Keystone is found. Upon collecting the yellow Keystone, slither forward and look to the left of a tree. There, you’ll find the second Gatekeeper Coin hovering over three bamboo poles.

The third Gatekeeper Coin in the Courtyard Clamber level of Snake Pass can be found near the pink Keystone. Once you’ve collected the pink Keystone, look up. You’ll see the third Gatekeeper Coin on the platform directly above you and to the right of a tree.

Gatekeeper Coin #4

The fourth Gatekeeper Coin in the Courtyard Clamber level of Snake Pass is to the right of the bamboo structure where the green Keystone can be found. To collect the fourth Gatekeeper Coin, shimmy your way up the side using Noodle’s grip and Doodle’s tail lift.

Gatekeeper Coin #5

The fifth and final Gatekeeper Coin in the Courtyard Clamber level of Snake Pass is hidden beneath a bamboo pole that connects two points of the map together. To find the fifth Gatekeeper Coin, collect the fourth Gatekeeper Coin, slither over to the edge, then lift Noodle’s head and look down.

Instead of using Doodle’s Tail Lift to help noodle wrap around the bamboo pole, let Noodle’s tail rest on the grass. Next, carefully inch your way forward and down. Once Noodle’s head touches the Gatekeeper Coin the collection animation will play. Now, lift his head and gently move back to the platform to unlock the Gate and proceed forward to the next level.

After heading through the Gate, a progress screen will appear. If you managed to collect all five Gatekeeper Coins, you’ll see all five Coin spots filled for the Courtyard Clamber level of Snake Pass.
