1) Yooka-Laylee

No matter which console you own, Yooka-Laylee is one of this year’s select few “must-buy” indie games. Not only does it return us back to the nostalgic days of our youth, but it also boasts a talented crew. Featuring several ex-members of RARE, it makes sense why the game gives us Banjo-Kazooie vibes.

Yooka-Laylee’s multiplatform release is set for April 11th. While hard copies for the PS4 will be hard to find (pre-orders sold out at lightning speed), you can still pre-order a digital copy over on the PlayStation store.

There are so many phenomenal indie games coming to the PlayStation this year that it's difficult narrowing our list down to 9 standout titles. What indies are you excited to play on the PS4? Let us know in the comments below!
