The May 26th release date for Rime is inching ever closer, and if you want to get a jump start on playing the game, you can now pre-order Rime on Steam. In addition to being available for pre-order, Rime is including the standard 10% Steam discount applied to its total purchase price. This brings the game down to $26.99 if you pre-order Rime through Steam.
Another nice bonus is that the PC minimum and recommended requirements are viewable on Rime’s Steam Store page, allowing you to check to make sure your PC is fully capable of running Rime prior to pre-ordering the game. If you’re looking to purchase Rime elsewhere, it’s also available on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation Store, and over on the Xbox One.
There was a small bit of controversy surrounding Rime’s purchase price on the Nintendo Switch, which is set at $10 more than copies of the game on other platforms. However, if you’re looking to take Rime with you while you’re out and about, buying it on the Nintendo Switch isn’t necessarily a terrible option.
So, be sure to pre-order Rime on Steam if you’re intending to play it on PC, or check out Rime on PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch prior to its release date on May 26th!
