In Kindergarten, you may find yourself wondering how to complete Cindy’s storyline. By completing Cindy’s storyline successfully, you’ll be able to acquire an item needed to complete Nugget’s storyline. To truly master the game of Kindergarten, you’ll need to complete each character’s storyline by selecting the right actions and dialogue options.

This can be a bit tricky, so to help get you started, we’ve put together a guide on how to complete Cindy’s storyline in Kindergarten.

How to Complete Cindy’s Storyline

At the beginning of the game, you'll need to agree to be Cindy's boyfriend.

To successfully complete Cindy’s story in Kindergarten, you’ll need to choose your actions carefully. First, before you leave your bedroom for the day, take $3.10 out of your piggy bank. When you arrive at school, you’ll be confronted by a bully named Buggs. He’ll ask you for the money you’ve taken from your piggy bank. If you say no to him, he’ll kill you. So, you’ll need to agree to give him money, but only half.

Next, report Buggs to the Teacher. Once that’s done, agree to start a fight before returning to Buggs. While you’re talking to Buggs, pick the conversation options that rile him up the most, like the subject of his father. This will get you get beaten up by Buggs. Before you die, be sure to call the Teacher over.

With that out of the way, it’s important that you don’t turn against any other students. Next, find Cindy (the girl with the blonde pigtails) and talk to her. When she asks you to be her boyfriend, and help her out with something, you’ll need to agree. Before proceeding to the classroom, use up any leftover apples you have by pressing ENTER.

Classroom

In the classroom, you'll need to put gum in Lily's hair before heading over and talking to Cindy.

Once you’re in the classroom, you’ll need to put gum in Lily’s hair, then talk to Cindy again. She’ll offer to play house, but you have a few things you need to do first, so put that on hold. Now, head to the classroom door, talk to the teacher, and acquire a hall pass. Next, show your hall pass to the hall monitor before heading into the bathroom.

Here, you’ll want to wash only your face, nothing else. With that done, head back to class while avoiding the Janitor. When you return, talk to Cindy and play along, while remembering to argue points regarding alcoholism. Before heading to lunch, use up any leftover apples by pressing ENTER.

Lunch

While getting the bucket of blood, be sure to avoid getting caught by the Janitor.

At lunch, grab food from the Lunch Lady, then proceed to sit with Cindy. Here, Cindy will ask for something vegan to eat. To help her out, head over and buy a salad from Monty for 75 cents, then return and give it to Cindy. At this point, she’ll ask you to get something for Lily in the Janitor’s closet. Agree to the task, take the key, and let her know when you’re ready.

You can find the bucket of blood inside the Janitor's closet.

When Cindy tells you that you’re clear, leave the cafeteria and head to the door to the right of the air vent. Go into the air vent and take the bucket of blood. Be careful on your way back to Cindy, as you’ll need to move quickly to avoid the Janitor catching you. After you return to the cafeteria with the bucket of blood, you’ll be sent outside to recess by the Lunch Lady.

Recess

At recess, you'll need to find Cindy and dump the bucket of blood on Lily.

Your first step at recess is to find Cindy. As you talk to her, she’ll instruct you to get into position, which triggers a mini cutscene. If you’ve done everything correctly, she’ll call Lily over into the trap she’s set. As the cutscene ends, you’ll be able to interact with the game, which means it’s time to dump the bucket of blood on Lily. After you complete that task, take the flower that’s offered to you, as you’ll need it for show and tell.

Show and Tell

At the end, Cindy will give you a flower that you can use when completing Nugget's storyline.

During show and tell, you’ll be able to use the flower as the item you share. Note that it’s important you only show the flower during show and tell. After the final bell rings and you head out, Cindy will catch up to you as you’re making your way home and tell you to keep the flower, which is required for Nugget’s storyline.

If you completed all of the steps correctly, Cindy’s storyline should be complete, and you can begin the next storyline.

By reading through this guide, you should now know how to complete Cindy’s storyline in Kindergarten.
