Steam Kicks Off Winter Sale

Several notable indie titles are up for grabs at incredible prices. 

The Steam Winter Sale has officially begun, bringing with it deals and discounts on a wide variety of titles. The Steam Winter Sale will last from today, December 21st, until January 4th at 1 p.m. (EST). During the sale, you’ll be able to pick up games and gear (like the Steam Link and Steam Controller) at deeply discounted prices.

Like every year, there are tradeable cards that can be earned by exploring your queue, voting on Steam Awards, and by purchasing games. Speaking of the Steam Awards, they’re the theme for this year’s collectible cards. There are 12 cards in total and you can earn 2 per day simply be exploring your queue; collect them all to earn the official Steam Awards 2017 badge.

Moving over to the sales side of things, there are plenty of great deals to take advantage of during this year’s Steam Winter Sale, including deals on new releases.
