Call of Duty: WW2 needs 80GB on PS4

Whereas Xbox One uses just 45GB.

It looks like the PlayStation 4 version of Call of Duty: World War II will demand almost twice as much hard disk space as the Xbox One version.

As reported by VG247, neither version is available to preload yet, but the smallprint on the back of the redeemable digital code sold at bricks-and-mortar retailers reveals that you need 80GB of space free on PS4. We already knew the Xbox One version needed 45GB.

One possible explanation is that the shipping PS4 version includes higher-resolution assets compatible with the PS4 Pro, whereas the Xbox One version, which arrives a few days before the launch of Xbox One X, does not.

Either way, it doesn't sound like something to worry too much about. COD WW2 is due out for PC, PS4 and Xbox One on November 3.
