What we want from Nintendo at E3 2018

From Fortnite to an N64 Mini Classic, here's what we want from Nintendo at E3 2018.

A Star Fox racing game? Nintendo couldn't possibly be planning to show something like this at E3 2018, right? Not so fast. As of late, there's been no shortage of rumors about a new entry in the Star Fox series, Star Fox: Grand Prix.

According to these rumors, Retro Studios (Donkey Kong Country Returns) is currently working on a crossover Star Fox game due out in 2019. The game is based around racing and will reportedly feature an open hub world similar to Rare’s Diddy Kong Racing for Nintendo 64.

It’s a pretty “out there” idea overall, but that doesn’t mean it’s entirely false. If we had to guess, we'd say it’s possible that Nintendo will confirm Star Fox: Grand Prix at E3 2018 with either a teaser image or short trailer.

Last, but certainly not least, fans have been holding out for Fortnite on Nintendo Switch for quite some time now. And why shouldn't they? Fortnite on Switch isn’t as crazy of a rumor as Star Fox: Grand Prix, especially considering Fortnite is available on every other platform including mobile.

With Fortnite’s popularity continuing to surge, a Nintendo Switch release is only a matter of time at this point. With that in mind, we know we're not alone in wanting Nintendo to announce Fortnite for Nintendo Switch at E3 2018. The sooner the better!
