One thing to note before learning how to unlock London’s Burning and Anarchy in the UK is that you can’t undo your actions. Anyone you eat or kill will stay dead. Additionally, these achievements don’t immediately unlock until you’ve dealt with every area of the district including the community pillar.
We feel the best way to unlock London’s Burning and Anarchy in the UK is to unlock them on a different save file from your main game. This is because once you turn a district Hostile, the map changes dramatically. With that in mind, here’s how to turn districts Hostile in Vampyr. First, kill as many citizens as you can and ignore the progression of disease. The more citizens that die, the faster the district will become Hostile.
Another tip is to unlock Mesmerize Level 5 to make it easier to eat citizens in droves. Next, you’ll need to deal with the pillar of the community. Regardless of whether that pillar is alive or dead, you’ll need to resolve their main story quest in order to turn the district. Once you’ve deal with the pillars of all four communities you’ll be able to unlock London’s Burning. Also, once all four districts have turned Hostile, you’ll be able to unlock Anarchy in the UK.
