In Resident Evil 7, there are several Antique Coins that can be found as you play through the game. In Easy and Normal mode, they spawn in the same spots, but in Madhouse they appear in new places. Antique Coin 1
To find the first Antique Coin on Madhouse in Resident Evil 7, you will need to collect the Derelict House Footage video when you first reach the Guest House.
Play the video and when you first spawn, look on the ground for a Lock Pick. Take the Lock Pick inside and use it on the locked drawer in the kitchen. Exit the video, make your way to the kitchen, and collect the Antique Coin from the now-unlocked drawer.

This next Antique Coin is found in the Main House, in the vase beside the empty television stand.

To find this Antique Coin you will need to defeat Jack in the Garage, climb the ladder, and turn left. It will be on a shelf.
Antique Coin 4
Another Antique Coin is found as you enter the Main Hall through the bronze door. Turn left and open the drawer beside the cabinet to find this Antique Coin.
Antique Coin 5
Finding this Antique Coin on Madhouse in Resident Evil 7 requires you to access the second floor of the Main House. In the Recreation Room, look for a small vase next to the Scorpion Door. The Antique Coin is in this vase.
Antique Coin 6
This Antique Coin is located on the Second Floor near the destroyed stairs. Look behind the painting leaning against the wall.

Another Antique Coin can be found after activating the shadow puzzle. Look in the toilet in the Drawing Room.

Another Antique Coin can be found outside in the Yard. Look for the movable piece of metal. Behind it, and at the end of the crawl space, is the Antique Coin.

This Antique Coin is the first one you can find in the Old House. Exit the Dining Room onto the rear deck and immediately turn left to find the Antique Coin.

To find this Antique Coin in the Old House, enter the Gallery near the shadow puzzle area and look at the bottom shelf of the table.
Antique Coin 14
This next Antique Coin is immediately after the shadow puzzle in the Old House. Make your way through the passage and look to the left; the Antique Coin is right on the planks.
Antique Coin 15
Another Antique Coin on Madhouse in Resident Evil 7 is on the Second Floor of the Old House in the top drawer of a dresser in the same room as the lantern-scale lock.

Finding this Antique Coin requires you to move to the Greenhouse from the Old House. After climbing up the well, turn around and find the metal pole.

To find this Antique Coin you will need to defeat Marguerite in the Greenhouse. The Antique Coin is on the bench directly across from the gate that crumbles.

This next Antique Coin can be found in the Main House, in the Supply room connected to the Drawing Room. You will need the Crow Key to gain access to this. The Antique Coin is located where the Grenade Launcher is usually sitting.

Another Antique Coin is found in Main House’s Attic. After climbing the ladder, turn around to find the Antique Coin on the shelves with the wooden axe.
Antique Coin 20
This next Antique Coin that can be found in Resident Evil 7 on Madhouse is found behind the television in the first room of the Testing Area.

Another Antique Coin is found when you see the first destructible crate in the Testing Area. Turn left to see a mannequin, in the corner is the Antique Coin.
Antique Coin 22
To find this Antique Coin you will need to approach the room with the keypad in the Testing Area. Just before entering this room, the hallway will reach a dead end; the Antique Coin is on the ground.
Antique Coin 23
This Antique Coin is found in the Testing Area at the end of the long hallway leading to the main barn. At the end of the hallway is a supply room with bombs. The top-left draw holds the Antique Coin.
Antique Coin 24
Another Antique Coin is in the Testing Area just past the burned corpse with the keypad code. Find the Antique Coin on the shelf after the room.
Antique Coin 25
This next Resident Evil 7 Madhouse Antique Coin is found on the Wrecked Ship. Head up the stairs where Eveline first yells at you, then turn right and enter the laundry room. Find the Antique Coin in the furthest washing machine. If you reach the video room, you’ve gone too far.

Another Antique Coin is found on the Wrecked Ship on 4F. In the stairwell near the Bridge, just after you climb up the broken elevator for the first time is where this Antique Coin is located.
Antique Coin 27
This Antique Coin is outside the Save Room on 2F, on the Wrecked Ship, sitting on a table in the hallway.
Antique Coin 28
To find this Antique Coin you will need to head to 2F on the Wrecked Ship and find the Break Room. Look for the cart and inspect the vase to find this Antique Coin.
Antique Coin 29
Finding this Antique Coin you will need to gain access to 3F of the Wrecked Ship. Once there, use Corrosive on the locked door in the Control Room, move down the hallway ignoring the doors, and find the Antique Coin on the guardrail in the corner.
Antique Coin 30
This Resident Evil 7 Madhouse Antique Coin is located on S2 of the Wrecked Ship. In the hallway before No. 1 Engine Room, look in the top right corner of the map to find the Antique Coin on the ground.
Antique Coin 31
To find this Antique Coin you will need to use Corrosive on a locked safe on floor S2 of the Wrecked Ship. This is found just after the Engine Room.
Antique Coin 32
Another Antique Coin can be found as soon as you take control of Ethan. Move through a door and immediately look to the desk on your right to find the Antique Coin.
Antique Coin 33
The final Antique Coin is found in the Swamp. Continue through the swamp until you reach a log you need to jump over. Leap over this log and stick to the right-side of the swamp. The Antique Coin is near some plants.
