Having a Premium account in World of Tanks allows the player to progress faster in the game by giving more experience and credits per battle. Premium account time also applies across World of Warships and World of Warplanes as well, meaning that if you buy it for one game, you get it for them all. If you’re looking to get your Valentine a Premium account, just be sure they don’t already have Premium first.
