5 Maps We Want Brought Back to World of Tanks

These maps were taken from us too soon, and now we want them brought back to World of Tanks!

It’s always fun reminiscing about the good ol’ days, talking with other players about what the game used to be like, flashing back to some of the most overpowered tanks in the history of World of Tanks, and simply trading war stories of your time in World of Tanks. But if there’s one thing veteran players of World of Tanks agree on, it’s what maps they'd love the opportunity to play again in World of Tanks.

We recently reached out to the community, collected the answers, and have compiled them all together into a list of five maps we want brought back in World of Tanks!

Port

Port gave brawlers ample places to throw their weight around and one awesome bridge which tankers couldn't help but throw themselves off in an attempt to land on unaware enemies in hilarious style.

Starting off our list of five maps we want brought back in World of Tanks is Port. Set in the heart of a city’s industrial area, Port gave players the ability to brawl it out near the water’s edge.

There, they fought around shipping containers, train tracks, highways, and buildings. The center of the map consisted of a large, hilly area, perfect for the daring player.

For many, the real enjoyment came from diving off the main bridge onto an unsuspecting enemy below. Sure, your chances of survival were about as good as a tracked Light tank facing an IS-6, but it was totally worth the shock and horror of your enemy as they cursed at you over All Chat.
