Best Light Tanks for Noobs in World of Tanks

A few noob-friendly light tanks for the new World of Tanks player.

T37

Another American tank is joining the list, this time the Tier 6 T37, the upgrade to the M24 Chaffee. The T37, while being more sluggish and larger than the M24 Chaffee, boasts an improved penetration rating, meaning your shots are going to be dealing more damage!

Following on from the Chaffee is the T37, another excellent Light tank for a noob.

Thanks to the T37’s overall stats, it can be used in a variety of ways in the form of a flanker or active scout, and even a passive scout and sniper. Newer tankers who are transitioning from a tank destroyer line might prefer to lean into the T37’s sniping capabilities and as such, should focus on upgrading its main armament and improving its camouflage.

The T37 has the ability to upgrade its view range to 385m, allowing it to see enemies before being spotted. Alternatively, players looking for a more active role should consider pursuing engine upgrades to increase its mobility and take advantage of the higher HP values. If you’re brave (or crazy) enough to get in close to some heavies, try using the T37 to run circles around them.

Just be sure to have enough backup from your team, as having your tank destroyed for a risky strategy isn’t work it.
