With several flat fields that stretch out toward tree lines and bushes, Malinovka is perfect for the tank destroyer looking to pick off aggressive enemy tankers, or SPGs keen on boosting their win rates.
For many players who opt for Heavy or Medium tanks, the openness of the map can be a bit disheartening, especially when it results in stagnant playstyles. However, when a battle breaks out around the treeline, it’s worth the slower pace.
Additionally, whenever there are no SPGs on the other team, this map becomes a dream. Instead of being forced into corridors full of heavies, you can take advantage of the rolling terrain and use that view range everyone keeps talking about.
Malinovka is a map you either love or hate, depending on how you like to play World of Tanks.
