Sand River
Much like Malinovka, you will either love or hate Sand River. Not only does the map resonate with historians looking to recreate some of the more famous desert theaters, but the great stretches of sand and the depression by the riverbed offer various means of engagement.
Any tanks with competitive gun depression can make fast work of the oasis area by holding off enemy advances, while SPGs are given ample opportunity to make long-range shots thanks to the available open areas. Additionally, this map offers players a break from corridor combat, though you can still slip into that playstyle along the ridgelines and in the gulley.
