Highest Alpha Damage Mediums - Tier 7
Tier 7 is often considered the tier right before where World of Tanks “really” begins. Take the time while you’re in Tier 7 to hone some of your strategies like knowing when to flank and reading your minimap. While these are basic strategies, if you don’t perfect them you’ll be in for a rude awakening!
A-44
The USSR has a few excellent tank lines of its own with the A-44 offering some of the highest alpha damage out of all Tier 7 Medium tanks. Coming in at 300 points of damage and 167 mm of penetration, the 107 mm ZiS-6 is able to bust through some extremely sturdy armor.
Leo
Over in the Swedish tech tree, the Leo is another tier 7 Medium tank with excellent alpha damage for players looking for raw power. When using the 10 cm kan m/37, the Leo is able to belt enemies around with 300 damage and 155 mm of penetration. Unfortunately, the dispersion and aim time are a letdown, so aim carefully!
Konštrukta T-34/100
Back in the Czech tree is the Konštrukta T-34/100, a Medium tank with two gun choices with the 100 mm vz. 44S boasting 250 points of alpha damage and 175 mm of penetration, granting the T-34/100 the ability to punch through enemy armor. The Konštrukta T-34/100 is unique in that it doesn't have regular APCR Premium rounds, instead it offers HEAT. Switching to HEAT rounds grants it 250 mm of penetration, a useful option when facing tougher enemies.
