7 Games We Want Hacked Onto the SNES Classic

These games aren’t included on the SNES Classic, so we want them hacked on.

Earthworm Jim

What’s incredible is that Earthworm Jim is no-where to be seen these days. The wormy hero of yesteryear has gone quiet and what perfect time to bring him back into the spotlight than with a place on the SNES Classic?

Unfortunately, it wasn’t meant to be, and fans of the original SNES and newcomers won’t be able to sink back into this platforming shooter. Earthworm Jim was a unique title for its time, featuring a worm in a powered suit of armor using a blaster to take down all manner of evil monsters.

Each level had its own boss fight where Jim would have to employ all the skills he’d learned in order to take them down. Hilariously, one of Jim’s moves was to use his entire body as a whip, cracking enemies in the face or using it as a means of traversing a gap. We’re extremely disappointed we won’t get to play this on the SNES Classic when it releases later this year.
