7 Games We Want Hacked Onto the SNES Classic

These games aren’t included on the SNES Classic, so we want them hacked on.

Chrono Trigger

Chrono Trigger is a title that still exists today, so it’s shocking to see it excluded from the list of games coming to the SNES Classic. Fans of the series will know it as one of Square’s (now Square Enix) greatest accomplishments in the RPG space.

The adorable world in Chrono Trigger spans numerous eras, creating a sense of mystery and awe whenever you venture to a new time. This element of time travel adds a unique twist to the classic RPG element, requiring players to move through time in order to advance the story, unlock new allies, and solve puzzles.

For a series that is still being released on Nintendo products, it’s disappointing that we won’t get the opportunity to play it on our modern televisions. The last time we played this on SNES, we still had to tune our TVs with a knob.
