7 Tanks with the Shortest Lifespans

These tanks are the most likely to die in the first few moments of a game!

Ensuring you survive a battle in World of Tanks not only leads to greater rewards, but it also helps you improve. Picking the right tank for the job is part of the challenge, so selecting a good one is often the best course of action. If you are looking for a tank to help you survive longer, probably don’t pick any of these.

The following tanks have the shortest lifespans out of all vehicles in World of Tanks. We’re not talking about how long, historically, a tank was in production or in use, we’re talking about in-game life durations!

Thanks to vBAddict.net for the information below. The parameters used were: NA Server only and tanks with 10,000+ battle, over the last 30 days.

M24 Chaffee

Making its way into 7th place is the M24 Chaffee, an American Tier 5 Light tank that only manages to stay alive for an average of 2 minutes and 54 seconds. Despite it being a relatively powerful Light tank, for some reason, players seem to struggle to remain alive in this zippy little Light vehicle.

To help increase those life-time averages, players should lean into the Chaffee’s strengths, like its View Range, Camouflage, and rapid-firing guns.
