Medic Fastest Time to Kill Guns
The Medic’s effective combat range typically extends further than the Assault class, but not as far as a Scout. For this reason, the optimal combat range we’ve selected is 20 metres. Engagements can occur, and will occur, outside of this range many times throughout a battle. However, given the playstyle of a Medic, sitting back from the frontlines is often the best strategy.

Autoloading 8.35 Marksman
One of the fastest time-to-kill weapons for the Medic at a range of 20 meters is the Autoloading 8.35 Marksman. This version of the Autoloading 8 benefits from a scope, significantly increasing the effective range. While the Extended version does boast a higher magazine size, it relies on the Medic getting into close-quarters or medium range combat.
RSC 1917 Optical
In order to unlock the Optical version of the RSC 1917, you must first get 15 kills using the Autoloading 8.35 Factory and get 75 heals, but the trouble will be worth it. With a time-to-kill of 396 milliseconds, the RSC 1917 Optical is one of the most efficient weapons for a Medic to use.
Selbstlader 1906 Sniper
Finally, rounding off the Medic weapons is the Selbstlader 1906 Sniper. The Sniper variant requires a tremendous amount of effort to unlock, but once earned, you’ll find that the time-to-kill is a just reward. Though it only holds 5 rounds, the added accuracy from the scope means a greater kill potential when at range.
