T3 HMC
At Tier 2, the USA’s T3 HMC is the fastest tank, coming in with a top speed of 72.4hm/h. Though this tank is exceptionally fast, it’s mainly known for its peculiar in-game history. Originally, in the T3 HMC position was the T18 – a Tank Destroyer – which was raised to Tier 3 and morphed into an SPG.
The T3 HMC was added to fill the void left by this shift and has so far made a name for itself as a tank able to quickly respond on the battlefield. In the event a flank is being pushed or an enemy line breaks, the T3 HMC can inject itself into an ideal position.
T1
Finally, rounding off the list of fastest tanks in World of Tanks is the T1 Cunningham, arguably the first tank any player will experience in World of Tanks. The T1 is an excellent vehicle to play as it offers a top speed of 41km/h, making it feel downright speedy compared to some of the other sluggish vehicles at its tier.
