Rainbow Six Siege Blood Orchid Patch Notes

Read the full Rainbow Six Siege Blood Orchid patch notes.

Rainbow Six Siege continues to be one of the healthiest shooters in the past few years. The dedication that has been shown for not only adding content, but also providing a smooth experience, is a welcome sight in a gaming world that has moved more towards fire and forget. Ubisoft continues this nice trend with the Blood Orchid update for Rainbow Six Siege, and we have the patch notes.

Blood Orchid Patch Notes

The Blood Orchid patch notes are huge, covering more of the game than is reasonable to type out here. You can read the full Rainbow Six Siege Blood Orchid patch notes here, or you can look at a summary of the new content players can enjoy when Blood Orchid releases on September 5, 2017.

  • Two new Operators - Ying and Lesion
  • New Map - Theme Park
  • Blood Orchid Weapon Skins
  • New Operator - Elzbieta “Ela” Bosak
  • New Upgraded Servers Deployment
  • Improved Lighting
  • Sky Model Update - All Maps
  • General Tweaks

What all of this means is that not only will Blood Orchid bring new content to enjoy, it’s also going to see Rainbow Six Siege get some love under the hood. Improved lighting, sky models, and upgraded servers mean that it will look better and play better. Well, that’s the idea, anyway.

As with all Rainbow Six Siege content that comes out, season pass holders will get it first, but it will be available to all players regardless of whether they bought the season pass or not. Non-season pass owners will have to wait seven days for the Operators using R6 Credits. That’s seven additional days to get your hands on the two new Operators in Blood Orchid, Ying and Lesion.

Ying is one of the new Operators coming with the Blood Orchid update on September 5, 2017.

You can keep yourself in the know when it comes to Rainbow Six Siege by sticking with Tank War Room. We’ll go beyond the Blood Orchid patch notes, helping you with strategies for both attackers and defenders, and helping you decide which Operators are best for your play style.
