Can you sell cars, boats and planes in The Crew 2?

Find out if you can sell your unwanted cars and vehicles in The Crew 2.

The Crew 2 is filled with vehicles to collect, but many of them will struggle to compete the further you get through the game. Not every car is made with equal stats after all, otherwise we’d hardly bother upgrading. Many racing games let you sell on your old vehicles once you upgrade, so it’s no surprise to see that players are interested to know if it’s possible in The Crew 2.

Can you sell cars in The  Crew 2?

Sadly, the bad news is that you can’t sell cars, boats or planes in The Crew 2. That means any vehicle you collect will begin filling up your garage, even if you don’t want it. Cars in the Crew 2 are expensive, but while this is probably disappointing for those who want to make a quick burst of cash from selling their used vehicles, it’s not all bad.

Garages in The Crew 2 are unlimited, so there’s no need to worry about running out of space. Think of vehicles in The Crew 2 as more like Pokémon to fill out your Pokédex. You’re able to collect every single one of them, it’ll just take you a fair bit of time to do so.

To save you time in hunting through your garage for the cars you actually want to drive, make sure you favorite you preferred vehicles. Any vehicle you favorite will become the default selection for the class it’s in, though sadly this doesn’t apply in transforming races like the Live Xtrem Series Episode 2 race.

While you can’t sell off your old cars, hopefully that tip will improve your quality of life in the Crew 2 and help you earn the money you need to buy that next engine a little bit faster.
