With Red Dead Redemption 2 poised to earn all the money in the world in a few months time, it's a fair bet that western action will be trending. That may well be why THQ Nordic is reviving cult cowboy strategy game Desperados for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
The announcement trailer showcases uses a humorous approach to show off the many possible outcomes you'll have to consider when battling in the streets with six shooters and rifles.
Developed by German studio Mimimi Games, the new game takes its inspiration from the original 2001 title, Desperados: Wanted Dead or Alive. Once again you'll control gunslinger John Cooper, taking on different strategic challenges and classic Wild West scenarios by using stealth or brute force as the situation demands. You'll have up to five different characters under your command, with wildly differing personalities and skillsets.

Each mission will have multiple methods of completion, allowing you to try different approaches and find your own preferred style of play.
