The final technical Alpha for upcoming pirate-em-up, Sea of Thieves, will invite all members signed up for their Insider Programme.
Rare’s multiplayer sail and looting game has been in the process of a long, closed alpha for nearly a year now, with access granted only to a limited pool of players. For the final phase however, Rare are opening up the floodgates.
If you’ve been pacing the plank in anticipation for the promising looking game, this is the perfect chance to jump in and give it a try. All you need to do is sign up for the Insider Programme by December 1 and you’ll be offered a chance to test it.
The offer is only available for those aged 18 and above on Xbox Live (there’s no planned PS4 release — yet), and you’ll have to sign an NDA if you do so, meaning you can’t share any of your swashbuckling ventures just yet.
