In Mega Man 11, there are a variety of parts and items that can be unlocked. To view some of these items, head over to Dr. Light’s Lab. It’s worth noting that most parts and items in Mega Man 11 can be acquired in exchange for Screws, and by meeting a particular requirement such as firing 500 shots using your Mega Buster.

If you’re having a hard time unlocking these parts and items, you can also switch the setting to Newcomer, which lowers the difficulty and makes the game even more approachable. With that in mind, we’ve listed all part and items that can be unlocked in Mega Man 11 below and how to unlock them!

  • Awakener Chip: This item can be unlocked by beating Dr. Wily.
  • Buster Plus Chip: This item can be unlocked by firing 500 shots from your Mega Buster. This number is reduced to 250 shots on Newcomer difficulty.
  • Capsule Catcher: This item can be unlocked by using a full gauge for any special weapon or Rush ability at least 30 times.
  • Cooling System: This item can be unlocked by activating your Double Gear system at least 100 times. This number is reduced to 50 activations on Newcomer difficulty.

  • Pierce Protector: This item can be unlocked after you die 5 times by hitting a spike.
  • Power Shield: This item can be unlocked by getting hit for a combined total of at least 200 damage points. This number is reduced to 100 damage points on Newcomer difficulty.
