A Hat In Time releasing on Xbox One and PS4 December 6

Indie platformer A Hat In Time will hit Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on 6th December according to the game's official Twitter.

As part of the announcement, the team behind the surprise PC hit revealed splitscreen co-op will also arrive as free DLC.

The game involves a magical hat-making space traveler who must continue her journey by finding more bits of time fuel for her time ship.

The game will cost $29.99 on PS4 and Xbox One, and is digital only, natch.
