All Fence locations in Red Dead Redemption 2

Learn where to offload your stolen goods or craft talismans with our list of Fence locations in Red Dead Redemption 2.

If you’ve run into your fair share of gunfights in Red Dead Redemption 2, you’ll likely have built up a tidy stash of goods from looted bodies. Goods that you’re hoping to sell to anyone who won’t ask too many questions about their origins. General Stores won’t accept them, which is where Fences come in. Fences will accept any loot without the hassle of those pesky moral quandaries, meaning learning their locations is very important. Fortunately, we’ve already found a good number of them for you, so read on to learn all Fence locations in Red Dead Redemption 2.

All Fence locations

Rhodes Fence Location

Location: Scarlett Meadows, Lemoyne

The Rhodes Fence is located just to the north of the town itself, roughly halfway towards the pond. If you’ve not already looked through his goods, this is a great chance to grab the recipe for Poison Arrows too. Even if you rarely use the bow, it’s worth picking this up as it’s required for one of the game’s Survivalist challenges.

Emerald Ranch Fence Location

Location: The Heartlands, New Hanover

You’ll likely encounter this Fence during the story missions for Red Dead Redemption 2, but in case you missed it, you’ll find them in the south end of Emerald Ranch, next to Heartland Overflow.

Saint Denis Fence Location

Location: Bayou NWA, Lemoyne

You’ll find this Fence on the eastern edge of the city, right on the tip of the S on the map. The Saint Denis is especially handy as they’ll also offer to craft Talismans and Trinkets for you. While you’re here, the Trapper is right next door, so why not pay them a visit too?

Van Horn Trading Post Fence Location

Location: Roanoke Ridge, New Hanover

The last Fence we’ve discovered is tucked away at the Van Horn Trading Post. There’s not much in the coastal town, so don’t worry if you’ve overlooked it before. The Fence here is well worth remembering though, as once you finish the Jack Hall Gang Treasure mission it’s here that you can sell the gold bars you’re holding.

Those are all the fences we’ve found so far, but we have plenty more Red Dead Redemption 2 guides for you to browse through. Learn how to hunt properly with our comprehensive guide, collect perfect skins and hides through clean kills, or beef up your arsenal early on with our pump-action shotgun location guide.
