The regular version of this critter is known as the North American Beaver, and it pops up in a few different locations around the edges of the map. A river dweller, you can find beavers pottering around lake Owanjila and the Upper Montana River near Strawberry, West Elizabeth; At Lake Isabella in western Ambarino; at the inlet on the coast southeast of Rhodes and southwest of Saint Denis; And finally just to the south of the Elysian Pool in the east of New Hanover.

The Legendary Beaver is one of the easier animals to hunt once you know its location. Beavers aren’t exactly known for their combat prowess, so you’ll just need to be a little sneaky and land a nice headshot with your bow.

The Legendary Beaver can be hunted along the Kamassa River, south of the Elysian Pool. You’ll want to head to the small spike out to the east you’ll see just below the E and R at the end of New Hanover on your map. On the north side of the shore you’ll find some broken sticks that will set you off on the trail. You’ll then follow the path to find some dung and more sticks across the river before finding your much coveted beaver.

With the Legendary Beaver pelt secure you’ll want to make your way to a Fence who’ll now sell you the Beaver Tooth Trinket which grants a 10% reduction in weapon degradation. There are plenty more Legendary animals to hunt out there, and here at AllGamers we can help you find them.
