Fortnite joins forces with the NFL for football-themed outfits

These are going to sell like hotcakes.

Fortnite has revealed a collaboration with the National Football League.

If you thought the Avengers: Infinity War event was big, prepare yourself as Epic Games has revealed a new deal that'll be making them more more dollars than there are atoms in the universe. In joining with the NFL, you'll soon be able to purchase NFL-themed skins in game. Check out the suitably ridiculous reveal below:

Detailed in a blog post on the Epic Games website, the skins will become available November 9th, 7PM ET. Dedicated NFL fans will be pleased to hear that the new outfits can be swapped to any of the 32 teams in the league, as well as a special Fortnite side. Better yet, you can even choose the number to go on the back of your jersey, selecting anything through 0-99.

We've already had a football (soccer), basketball and golf challenges in game, but can we expect a fitting NFL event or challenge down the line? We'll have to wait and see what else Epic has cooking up down the line. For now though we need to be content preparing our should pads for a bruising.
