Each and every week in Destiny 2, Xur appears in a random location selling Exotic gear to players. During the week of April 19, Xur can be found at the same location selling the same assortment of Exotic armor pieces, as well as an Exotic weapon. After April 23, Xur will disappear and you’ll need to wait until the following Friday to find Xur again.
At that time, he’ll have moved to a new location and will have a different array of Exotics available for purchase. Where to Find Xur in Destiny 2 - April 19, 2019

In Destiny 2, Xur can be found at a new location every week starting on Friday. At this location, Xur acts as an Exotic goods vendor, with his inventory changing each week. The Exotic items sold by Xur can all be purchased in exchange for Legendary Shards. Starting on Friday at 10:00 a.m. (PST), 1:00 p.m. (EST), and 6:00 p.m. (BST), Xur will pop up at a random spot in Destiny 2.
Xur will remain at this location until Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. (PST), 1:00 p.m. (EST), and 6:00 p.m. (BST) and won’t reappear until the following Friday at the same time. During the week of April 19, Xur can be found at one of his usual spots in the Winding Cove area of Earth’s EDZ. To find Xur there, you’ll first need to spawn into Winding Cove.
After that, make your way north until you reach a rocky cliff area. Head up the path, and towards the very back near a downed Fallen ship, you’ll find Xur hanging out near a grove of trees.
What Xur is Selling in Destiny 2 - April 19, 2019

During the week of April 19 through April 23, Xur has a variety of Exotic goods up for sale. In Destiny 2, everything sold by Xur can be purchased in exchange for Legendary Shards. Along with Exotic armor pieces for Hunters, Titans, and Warlocks, Xur has one Exotic weapon available each week, along with a Fated Engram.

Along with Exotic armor pieces like the Raiden Flux and weapons like The Wardcliff Coil, Destiny 2 players also have the ability to purchase a new Invitation of the Nine from Xur this week for a fitting 9 Legendary Shards. For this week’s Invitation of the Nine, players will find themselves on “The Twins” quest which tasks them with collecting metaphysical samples from combatants on Mars along with completing the “Strange Terrain” strike.
For the samples, you’ll need to grab 9 Cabal samples and 9 Hive samples.
