The quick answer to the question of if you can play World War Z in first person is no, you can’t. As of right now, World War Z is limited to third person perspective, and the developers have yet to confirm or deny the inclusion of first person in future updates. Because of this, we recommend following Saber Interactive’s page for World War Z on Twitter.

If (or when) first person perspective is announced for the game, you’ll be notified. Until then, players are stuck with third person perspective in World War Z. What are your thoughts on World War Z being limited to third person perspective exclusively? Are you alright with this design decision, or do you hope Saber Interactive drops plans to add first person to the game in the future? Let us know down in the comments below!
