Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection is chock full of games

All the hadoukens you could want.

Capcom has announced the Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection which will include every game from the original up to Street Fighter 3: Third Strike.

The full list of games in the bundle is as follows:

  • Street Fighter
  • Street Fighter 2
  • Street Fighter 2: Champion Edition
  • Street Fighter 2: Hyper Fighting
  • Super Street Fighter 2
  • Super Street Fighter 2: Turbo
  • Street Fighter Alpha
  • Street Fighter Alpha 2
  • Street Fighter Alpha 3
  • Street Fighter 3
  • Street Fighter 3: 2nd Impact
  • Street Fighter 3: Third Strike

At 12 games it’s an impressively long list, but it's worth remembering that many of the games are updated versions of a previous release (there are five SF2 versions on the list).

Out the full group, four titles will have online play: Street Fighter 2: Hyper Fighting, Super Street Fighter 2: Turbo, Street Fighter Alpha 3 and Street Fighter 3: Third Strike.

Considering Third Strike’s popularity as a competitive game, this news should hopefully prove popular with long-time series fans. You’ll be able to practice vs CPU while you wait for friends, and the online will include lobbies for us to four players as well as ranked matches.

Additionally, the bundle comes with a Museum mode to let you peruse concept art, character bios, music and unusual little snippets from the series if that’s your cup of tea.

Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection is due out in May 2018 on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and PC.
