Every week in Destiny 2, Xur appears on Friday at a random location and acts as an Exotic goods vendor. During the week of May 24, you can find and interact with Xur in Destiny 2 and purchase Exotic armor pieces along with an Exotic weapon. After May 28, Xur will disappear and players will need to wait until the following Friday to find Xur again.

Where to Find Xur in Destiny 2 - May 24, 2019

In Destiny 2, Xur moves to a new location each week starting and appears starting on Friday. After finding Xur, players can purchase Exotic items in exchange for Legendary Shards. Starting on Friday at 10:00 a.m. (PST), 1:00 p.m. (EST), and 6:00 p.m. (BST), Xur appears randomly in the world of Destiny 2.
Xur will remain at this location until Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. (PST), 1:00 p.m. (EST), and 6:00 p.m (BST) and won’t be available again until the following Friday at the same time. During the week of May 24, Xur can be found in the EDZ on Earth in the Winding Cove area. To reach him, you’ll need to spawn into Winding Cove, then head north towards the rocky cliff area.
Look for a path and follow it until you spot a downed Fallen ship. Nearby, you should be able to spot Xur hanging around in a grove of trees.
What Xur is Selling in Destiny 2 - May 24, 2019

During the week of May 24 through May 28, Xur can be found selling a diverse collection of Exotic items. In Destiny 2, everything sold by Xur can be purchased in exchange for Legendary Shards, with most items priced at around 23 Legendary Shards in total.
Not only can you buy Exotic armor pieces for Warlocks, Titans, and Hunters, Xur also sells a brand new Exotic weapon each week along with a Fated Engram and Invitation of the Nine.
