The Sinking City is a challenging game not only thanks to its overarching mystery and puzzle solving, but exploring a map that features both land and sea options. What’s more, there are plenty of areas that are either blocked off, or confusing to pass through. To ease some of the frustration that comes with getting lost in The Sinking City, you’ll want to learn how to unlock Fast Travel.

To do this, you’ll need to visit the first Fast Travel location just outside Devil’s Reef Inn. Near the Devil’s Reef Inn, you’ll find a phone booth. Interact with the phone and you’ll open the full map of The Sinking City and will save this spot as a Fast Travel option. On this map, you’ll see other Fast Travel options. However, you need to visit them on your own before you can Fast Travel to them.

The more places you discover, the more efficient your Fast Travel experience will be. What’s nice about Fast Travel is you’ll be able to return to places you’ve previously visited which will help with certain clues that may require backtracking. As long as you’ve visited the Fast Travel location, you’ll be able to quickly return to the area by selecting it on your map.

Again, you’ll need to visit Devil’s Reef Inn to unlock Fast Travel in The Sinking City. After that, you’ll need to visit other Fast Travel points in order to use them in The Sinking City.
