Tom is probably best known for the 15 years - FIFTEEN YEARS! - he spent at Eurogamer, one of Europe's biggest independent gaming sites. After working his way through the ranks, Tom was Editor-in-Chief over there between 2008 and 2015, before leaving to join Riot Games and work on League of Legends editorial.

These days he writes for a bunch of different places, including AllGamers, where you'll often find him pitching in with news, writing lengthy retro features, and trying to convince us to publish yet more articles about his beloved FIFA Ultimate Team. He can give up any time he wants, it says here.

The "Fun Pack" will add two new tracks and eight new cars.

Slightly Mad Studios has released a demo version of Project CARS 2 on PS4 and Xbox One, giving anyone who is still on the fence about this Bandai Namco-published racing sim a chance to put it through its paces.

The UK-based developer also announced it is hard at work on the first of several planned expansion packs for the game, dubbed the "Fun Pack", and will release it during the winter months. The Fun Pack will add a bunch of content:

  • Two new tracks: Barcelona Rallycross and Brands Hatch Rallycross Historic
  • Eight new cars including two current WRX runners: Mattias Ekström’s Audi S1 EKS RX quattro, and Petter Solberg’s Citroën DS3 RX Supercar
  • Three rides from Professional Fun-Haver and drifting world champion Vaughn Gittin Jr.: The Ford Bronco “Brocky”, Ford Mustang RTR Spec – 5D, and the Mustang '66 RTR
  • Three Group B legends: The Ford RS200 Evolution, Renault R5 Maxi Turbo, and Audi Sport quattro S1

The Fun Pack will also add vehicle liveries from esports racing teams - BAM eSport, Team Redline, Virtual Drivers by TX3, JapSpeed Racing, and F4H Motorsport.

Project CARS 2 is out now on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
