Our “first” technical playthrough lasted around 4 and a half hours. Speaking of doubling back, there are plenty of ways to mess things up and die in Man of Medan. When a character dies, there’s always the urge to go back and replay a section in order to correct the mistakes you’ve made. This can increase your total playtime.
Furthermore, there are multiple endings depending on what you decide to do, with some endings being quicker to reach than others. Because of this, it’s important to keep in mind that completion time will vary drastically. The best estimate we can give is that Man of Medan can be completed in as little as 4 to 6 hours, similar to Until Dawn.
