Highest Win Rate Tanks from July – Tier 7

Stepping up to Tier 7 you can notice a meta shift from sheer mobility and damage output to more of a variety.

SU-122-44

Old but gold, the SU-122-44 boasts a massive 390 alpha damage as well as the second highest DPM of any Tier 7 Medium. Providing you can close the gap to avoid the poor accuracy of this Soviet Tank Destroyer, you should be easily capable of shredding your opponents while putting your well angled frontal armor to use while combating equal and lower tier Medium Tanks, or even certain Heavies.

Considering how well the SU-122-44 is able to deal with brawling situations it earns a 52.36% win rate, maintaining a position within the top 3 since last month.

O-Ni

Godzilla incarnate. The massive Japanese Super Heavy ‘O-Ni’ utilises extreme nominal armour thickness with a large calibre howitzer to decimate its opposition on the battlefield and claim second place in July’s highest win rate Tier 7’s with a 52.59% average win rate. Due to its high profile and 10 degrees of gun depression, it can usually land high explosive rounds on the thin deck armour of enemy tanks, dealing maximum possible splash damage or even the occasional lucky penetration.

T28 Concept

To my admitted surprise, the second tier reward tank for Personal Missions takes the cake for highest win rate of all Tier 7 tanks for July with an awesome 54.28% win rate.

The extremely thick 203.2mm of frontal armor on this lumbering behemoth challenges even higher tier tanks up to certain Tier 9s when making full use of the extensive gun traverse arc, capable of increasing the effective armor values across the front to over 230mm while still being able to engage the enemy. Just make sure to stick to corners in order to hide those machine gun ports, and wiggle back and forth to throw off your enemy’s shot at your small but weak cupolas.
